With a degree in journalism and extensive experience in project management, business analysis and education, Steph Barnard is uniquely positioned to help companies connect the dots among business processes, customer outcomes, and team productivity. Plus, it’s what she loves doing.

Steph founded Memory Dept. to bring her passion for helping teams get organized to companies that need it: small businesses, nonprofits, political campaigns, and other organizations with loose operational strings that could use a little tightening.
